The Essentials

What Is TRX?
TRX is a state of the art suspension training system that uses your own body weight to perform hundreds of exercises safely and effectively.
What To Wear
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and non-skid shoes. No street shoes allowed in gym floor. Please carry workout shoes into class and change prior to working out.
What To Bring
Bring a water bottle (filtered water is provided). We provide everything else you need for a great workout.
Joint Issues?
TRX is a great fit for back and joint issues, with easy modifications that protect joints and build strength safely.
Class Length
All TRX, Circuit, 20/20/20 and Weight classes are one hour. Boxing and Kettlebells are 30 minutes.
Cost & Membership
Simple, flexible class passes are available with no long-term commitments. Choose the option that fits your schedule and goals.

Arrive Early
Please arrive 15 minutes before class. We’ll give you a tour of the studio and show you where to store your belongings.

Meet Your Trainer
Discuss any injuries or concerns privately. Your certified instructor will customize modifications just for you.

Setup & Safety
We will personally adjust your TRX straps and YBells to your height and strength level before the music starts.

Move at Your Pace
Classes are progression-based. You control the intensity. We focus on form over speed, every single time.

Do I need to book an appointment to visit?
We recommend contacting us ahead of time to ensure a trainer is available to give you a tour. However, walk-ins are welcome during class transition times.
I’ve never done TRX. Is it too hard for me?
Not at all! TRX is designed to be scalable for every fitness level and beginners. Our certified trainers modify every movement to match your current fitness level. Since you use your own body weight, you can adjust the difficulty simply by changing your angle. Our instructors are certified to help you find the perfect modification.
What happens after my 2 weeks are up?
There is no automatic enrollment or hidden fees. If you love the program (and we think you will!), you can choose from our Flexible 10-Class Pass, Weekly Fit Pass, or Monthly CORE Pass. We’ll help you find the best option for your schedule.
Do I need to book classes in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance as our small group classes are limited in size to ensure safety and personalized attention. Once you purchase your starter pass, you’ll get immediate access to our scheduling system.
Are your trainers certified in Adult Fitness?
Yes, our instructors hold specialized TRX and Adult Fitness Specialist certifications, ensuring the highest level of safety and efficacy.
